Face Coverings:
 
 Under the guidelines all staff will wear a face covering at all times. Customers must wear a face covering on the premises at all times, except for when they are seated. This included entering, exiting, and using the bathrooms.
 
 
Social Distancing:
 
 We will be asking all customers to maintain a social distance at all times.
 
 
Cleaning:
 
 We want to reassure you that there will be regular cleaning and our staff will all be washing their hands every 20 minutes. We will be sanitising all “touch points” every half an hour, as per the government guidance. We also have new hand sanitising stations being installed and we would encourage every customer to use them on entry, after using the toilets and on exiting.
 
 
Service at the table:
 
 We now must provide full table service. Once you have been signed in and allocated a table, we will bring everything to you. We will do our best to keep a safe distance whilst serving you at the table.
 
 
Spacing:
 
 We want to re-assure you that a considerable amount of care has gone in to spacing all tables and chairs throughout the garden and courtyard and the pub itself. Absolutely NO furniture is to be moved – this is to ensure the safety of everyone and to ensure that we are meeting the minimum requirements set by the government.
 
 
Menus/Food service:
 
 All menus will be sanitised after use. We will also provide single use condiments and all cutleries will be brought to your tables when the food is served.
 
 
Payments:
 
 Card and cash payments will be accepted.
 
 Please be patient with us, this is new to us all. No rudeness to staff regarding the restrictions will be accepted and those who are not abiding to the new restrictions will be asked to leave, especially regarding face coverings and the groups of six/two households – we are trying our best to offer the village pub as you are all used to – just safely!
